CHARACTERISTICS |
1. Very fast drying with strong adhesion to steel. 2. One pack, free of pot life, very easy application. 3. Compliance with ASTM A780 and CNS 15257(Repair of damaged and uncoated areas of hot-dip galvanized coatings). 4. Recoat able with epoxy resin and PU etc. for the design of protective coating system. 5. If weather resistance is required, one to two coats of PU or flour-carbon coating can be applied on the top or epoxy middle coat. |

| NOTE | 1. Before application, stir
paint evenly. When paint is too thick, thinner can be added Epoxy Polyurethane within specified quantity 2. One coat for General environment and three coats for Long potent rust area 3. Acid-resistance topcoat is needed if using for acid chemical plant. 4. Moisture, grease, rust, dirt and any contaminants on substrate must be removed 5. Application should avoid the following environment: rainy day; substrate is damp by dew; temperature is above 40℃  or below 10℃ . |
