Emulsion corrosion prevention primer based on water-based acrylic resin with rust resistant pigment and special additives.

USES

Used for galvanized iron sheets, galvanized equipments, galvanized iron pipes, galvanized corrugated iron sheets, galvanized steel structures and general steel structures.

STORAGE SHELF LIFE

Minimum 1 year under normal storage conditions.

APPLICATION METHOD

Brush, Roller, Airless Spray.

NOTE

1. Before application, stir paint evenly. Do not add extra thinner to the paint for avoid reducing adhesion and anti-corrosion abilities due to insufficient thickness of paint film.

2. Adhered moisture, grease, rust, dirt and loose paints film on substrate must beremoved thoroughly.

3. Subsequent coat has to wait until paint films of preceding coat completely dry off.

4. Avoid applying the paint in rainy weather or humidity above 85% RH, particularly a wet surface must be thoroughly dried.
