ONE-PACK POLYURETHANE MAINTENANCE PRIMER No 700

ONE-PACK POLYURETHANE MAINTENANCE PRIMER No 700

Specification Data

Type

One-pack,moist curing type of primer that based on polyisocyanate resin with rust inhibitors such as zinc powder.

Uses

Used for steel structures,harbor facilities,bridges,pipelines

Characteristics

˙one-pack packing can result to cost-effectiveness and time saving.

˙Moist curing type of coating can be applied under highly humid environment.

˙Excellent permeability to surface due to low viscosity of coating . It can tightly seal and adhere the steel structure surface and its rusty façade.

˙Suitable to rusty steel surface that can only be cleaned by hand or by high pressure water but is unable to clear by blasting.

˙Excellent chemical and water resistance and weatherability . Qualified by the standard of CNS 10757 K6801 3000hrs salt spray test.

˙Quick drying to shorten application period.
