A two-pack, polyurethane finish based on Acrylic Polyol resin and non-yellowing Isoyanate Hardener with weather resistant pigments.

USES

Topcoat for the structure of marine, metal and steel, etc. and the concrete structure of bridges, wall and roof, etc.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. High gloss with excellent appearance.

2. Excellent resistance to weathering with gloss retention.

3. Excellent resistance to moisture, oil, acids, alkalis and solvents.

4. Excellent adhesion and tough film with elasticity and elongation (above 150%).

5. Excellent abrasive resistance. not permeating vapor and moisture.

STORAGE SHELF LIFE

Minimum 1 year under normal storage conditions.

NOTE

1. Mix base and hardener according to the mixing ratio and stir thoroughly.

2. Adhered moisture, grease, and dirt on substrate must be cleaned thoroughly.

3. Use specified thinner to avoid formation of bubble and pinhole.

4.Hardener must be tightly closed to avoid reaction with moisture in air to form bubbles and gelation.

5.The mixture of base and hardener must be used up within the limit of pot life.

6. Strictly controlling application, not to exceed 50 microns per coat, to avoid bubbles formation.

7. All equipment must be cleaned immediately after use.
