A two-pack finish coating based on special solvent-less epoxy resin and hardener with chemicals resistance pigments.

USES

Anti-corrosive paint for chemical plants, power plants, steel factories and lining of tanks.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. Tough and hard film with very good adhesion.

2. Brush one coat can obtain above 200 microns of no pinholes paint film.

3. Excellent water and oil resistance

4. Excellent chemical resistance and anticorrosion.

5. Excellent mechanical wear resistance and electric insulation.

STORAGE SHELF LIFE

Minimum 1 year under normal storage conditions.

APPLICATION METHOD

Trowel and brush.

NOTE

1. Mix base and hardener according to mixing ratio and stir thoroughly then use completely in five minutes.

2. Adhered moisture, grease, dirt, rusts and corrosive salts on substrate must be cleaned thoroughly.

3. Avoid applying the paint in rainy weather or humidity above 85% RH, particularly a wet surface must be thoroughly dried.

4. All equipments must be cleaned immediately after use.

5. When directly apply on the surface of cement products, the surface must be completely dried.

6. When overcoating interval is exceeded, the paint film must be roughened to insure adhesion.
