M. 1-1 CERTIFICATE

Description of the Coating system, tested on bare steel;

— Rainbow Aqua 3412 Water-based Inorganic Zinc Silicate

— Rainbow aqua 3800 Water-base Epoxy Aluminium Tripolyphosphate Primer

— Rainbow aqua 3830 Water-base Epoxy M.I.O. Coating

— Rainbow aqua 3751 Water-base Polyurethane Topcoat

The system shall be applied in the same thicknesses as stated above, however, please refer to the ISO 20340:2009, Section 6.2, Table 3 (Corrosivity category of environment C5-M) regarding minimum requirements for the protective coating system

The system shall be applied in the same thicknesses as stated above. It should also be noted that the Minimum Dry Film Thickness (MDFT) shall be >1000 μm, as per Coating system no. 1 specification of NORSOK M-501, Rev. 6, February 2012. Please refer to NOTE 6 of Annex A, Table A.1.

Coating System no. 7A:

Description of the Coating system, tested on steel with thermally sprayed aluminum;

— No.1020 Epoxy Alloy Primer

— EP-988 Epoxy High Solids Coating for Anti-Corrosion

— UP-450F Polyurethane Coating

The system shall be applied in the same thicknesses as stated above. Otherwise please refer to specification for Coating system no. 7A in NORSOK M-501, Rev. 6, February 2012.

The system shall be applied in the same thicknesses as stated above. It should also be noted that the Minimum Dry Film Thickness (MDFT) shall be 600 μm, as per Coating system no. 7A specification of NORSOK M-501, Rev. 6, February 2012.

— No.54 HB High Build Fluoro Carbon Paint

The system shall be applied in the same thicknesses as stated above. It should also be noted that the Minimum Dry Film Thickness (MDFT) shall be 350 μm, as per System no. 7B specification of NORSOK M-501, Rev. 6, February 2012.
